PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS
A) The personal data you provide will be processed to allow us to supply the requested products and to provide for the relative invoicing and consequent tax obligations.
Legal basis: fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations.
B) Your personal data may also be processed to send you, also by e-mail, information on our products, or other initiatives useful for maintaining the commercial relationship.
Legal basis: consent to treatment. The latter may be revoked at any time.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The aforementioned data will be processed in a lawful and correct manner, in compliance with the security obligations prescribed in EU Regulation 2016/679. Data processing takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed. The data will in any case be kept for a time not less than that established by current legislation on the conservation of administrative-accounting documentation.
The data collected for the sending, also by e-mail, of information useful for maintaining the commercial relationship will be kept until your consent is revoked.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of data for the purpose of type A) is mandatory as it is indispensable for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes; failure to provide them may make it impossible to fulfill contractual and pre-contractual obligations. The provision of data for the purpose of type B) is optional; failure to provide it will not allow the sending, even by e-mail, of information about our products or other initiatives.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be stored on servers located within the EU.
Only your personal data provided for sending newsletters will be hosted on the specific Mailchimp platform, whose servers are located in the United States. The latter do not guarantee, on the basis of the decisions of the European Commission of Guarantors, an adequate level of protection and therefore your explicit consent is required for the transfer of data to this third country.
